    Abstract
    The increasing competitions of business environment worldwide forced the business to keep on finding a way to keep competitive advantage. More and more enterprises find out the importance of multimedia conferencing both in extend their business and to consummate the operate process inside the company, such as increase the productivity and streamline the whole process. Manager can also benefit from the multimedia technology solution in decision making. Then the enterprises should distinguish the different communication tools (web-conferencing and video-conferencing) and find a proper one to deploy. Meanwhile, this research also recommends a series of security problems and their different solution for them. Finally there is a research of compare the face-to-face with multimedia conferencing system. The survey of this research is done in Dublin and Shanghai province in China.
