The aim of this research project is to analyze the way in which consumers act about their medicines purchase and to show that consumer behavior is one of the most decisive factors in the development or the failure of e-pharmacies. For this purpose, we will focus on French consumer behaviour. The starting hypoFinal Year Project is that e-pharmacies have an uncertain future because of the fact that not all the medicines can be sold legally on the web in France (compared to other countries like the USA) and because of consumer behavior regarding the real pharmacies and the purchase intentions of medications on the internet.en
