Correlation analysis between stress level and personality dimensions revealed a significant positive correlation between stress and agreeableness, neuroticism and conscientiousness. A significant negative correlation was found between stress and extraversion and openness. The hierarchical multiple regression models found openness and extraversion tended to be predictive of stress levels. Other results found how time management and discipline were common predictors of stress levels. Females reported more stress than males. Also, junior and senior class teachers reported significantly higher levels of stress compared to fifth and sixth class teachers.
