    Abstract
    The area of e - procurement plays an increasingly strategic role for both sides, the supplier and the buyer. The way both sides generate business is subject to change due to the fast changing environment of the ‘Information Society’. Today's organisations moving towards to procure MRO services electronically and SME crafts are faced with the required technology issues. This is the subject under investigation, how organisations can procure handicraft services electronically considering the various existing construction specifications and standards when developing an e - catalogue.
