dc.description.abstractCurrent study aimed to investigate the relationship between well-being in a workplace, job satisfaction and work locus of control. A questionnaire was used with items of work related well-being, job satisfaction and work locus of control. Items of length and type of current employment were added. 92 part-time students participated in current study. Subjects of this study came from various cultural and professional backgrounds. The results indicated that internal work locus of control was strongly related with high level of job satisfaction and work related well-being. It was found that the higher level of well-being within organisation the higher level of job satisfaction. Length and type of employment were not found to have an effect on work locus of control.en
