dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to determine the relationship between workplace bullying and stress, general health and job satisfaction. It will investigate bullying in the workplace with the use of the Negative Acts Questionnaire (NAQ) (Einarsen et al, 2009). 108 participants took part in this study that has been conducted. A Pearson’s correlation was carried out to determine the relationship between workplace bullying and stress, general health and job satisfaction. A one way anova was conducted compare the differences in age groups and bullying, and finally independent samples t-test was conducted to compare bullying in health sectors compared to any other occupation.
