dc.description.abstractThere has been a rapid grovvth in firm operating in the e-commerce industry. There is competition by firms to become market leader which has led to a reduction in price of pes and plenty of deals for potential buyers. The companies which are major leaders are; Dell computes, Gateway, IBM etc The attitude to e-commerce today has been centred around security, privacy and legal issues. In these dissertation, I discussed the issues surrounding security and how companies can recognise and deal with these risks surrounding their businesses.en
