dc.description.abstractThis study used a correlational design to look at the relationships between the dark triad of personality, Instagram usage, and photo editing behaviour. Additionally, correlations were run to investigate age and its relationship to Instagram usage and photo editing behaviour. A MANOVA investigate the differences between gender, Instagram usage and photo editing behaviour. Results on tests showed moderate to weak correlations between Instagram usage and the dark triad, the same was also seen between photo editing behaviour and the dark triad. Age was negatively correlated with both Instagram usage and photo editing behaviour. Gender differences were significant with women using Instagram more than men, and also editing there photos more often.en
