dc.description.abstractEvery organizations have rewards and reward system to attract and retain their high performing employees. The key intention of rewards is to motivate employees and increasing their work engagement, which increases the overall performance of employees. This research explores how different rewards increase the overall performance in employees working in different work environment, under a common roof. This research is conducted on an Indian based manufacturing company. This research follows a qualitative method, and takes place at managerial level. As there are many reporting employees at this level. This where there is maximum amount of communication between an employee and employer, regarding rewards and its impact of performance.en
