The dissertation topic is Impact of using Social Media platform on Entrepreneurial
Success. This has helped in understanding the impact of all the factors that highly affect
entrepreneur’s attitude of start-up businesses. The variables need to be assessed carefully so
that its impacts can be obtained in detail. In the research process, it has been found that
researcher has assessed the opinion of 50 employees in start-up businesses the issues that they
are facing in regard to use of social media platforms. After conducting the research,
researcher had done the literature review in depth and hence clear insight has been received
in the research area. For the research work, the researcher has used the deductive approach so
that appropriate data can be obtained. Descriptive design has been also used for the in-depth
analysis. The researcher has conducted the quantitative research with the sample size of 50
employees and qualitative research with the sample size of 5 managers. This collective
approach is done for getting the appropriate results. The presentations have been done in
charts and graphs. The researcher has found that there are several factors that are getting
impacted on the customers via use of social media platforms and hence, it needs to be
improved to a great extent. Therefore, certain recommendations have been given for
improvement of the current conditions of start-up businesses.
