    Abstract
Teachers inspire and guide students to secure a better future. The current study aims at expanding and resolving the gaps in primary and secondary teachers’ literature from previous studies which helps to develop and understand the factors that influence motivation, satisfaction, work-life conflict and psychological well-being. A quantitative research design was conducted with a sample consisted of 301 (females= 271, males=29) post/primary and secondary teachers in Dublin through online survey. The study is situated in the Irish context where limited research has been carried out. Variables such as years of teaching experience, gender, and level of teaching education were investigated. Hence, result on a one-way multivariate MANOVA found that there was a significant difference in years of teaching between work-life conflict and satisfaction while result on gender and level of teaching education was not significant. This result provides important implication for teacher’s union, school administrator and post/primary and secondary teachers.
