The aim of this study is the investigation on the role of job satisfaction on the management of millennials in Irish banks. This study focused on two concepts affecting the management of millennials which are motivation and turnover. In carrying out this research, the qualitative use of in-depth interviews was employed. This involved interview sessions with three managers who are currently managing millennials in Irish banks. The results of this research showed that organizational culture is responsible for promoting employee satisfaction. It was also discovered that there was consensus on the contribution job satisfaction has on employee performance. Based on the findings, it is recommended that managers should be equipped with best practices to overcome the challenges of managing the millennial generation.
