The current research aims to gain information about the bullying behaviour incidence levels among Muslim school children in Ireland. We will assess the relationship of health, well-being and associated psychological variables of those pupils directly involved in bully/victim problems within this subset of the population. The sample will be taken from a Muslim school in Dublin and should consist of approximately 60 students from the upper levels of the primary school. We will gather the required information through the form survey using the Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (Olweus, 1996), the Rigby Physical Health Complaints Scale (Rigby, 1999), The Junior Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-revised abbreviated (Francis, 1996) and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (Rosenberg, 1965). It is hypoFinal Year Projected that our findings will be comparable to those existing in the area at present.
