The aim of the current study to explore the incidence rates of workplace bullying and the relationship between exposure and 3 behavioural outcomes i) Organizational Citizenship Behaviours, ii) Counterproductive Work Behaviours and iii) Job Search Behaviours. 65 questionnaires were completed by employees in 7 different Dublin based organizations. Respondents were then divided into 3 groups depending on their exposure to negative acts [determined by the Negative Acts Questionnaire Revised (Einarsen & Raknes, 1997)]: i) a non-bullied group, ii) a somewhat exposed group and iii) a highly exposed group. ANOV A results concluded that there was a significant difference between the scores of these 3 groups on the Job Search Behaviours Scale (Blau, 1994). Statistically significant differences were not found between the scores of these groups on the scales measuring the other aforementioned behavioural outcomes. It was concluded that exposure to workplace bullying was positively related to Job Search Behaviours, but not related to Organizational Citizenship Behaviours or Counterproductive Work Behaviours.en
