In this research paper I intend to perform a detailed research on the grievance of the staff in Indian hotel industry. I have highlighted the literature work and performs detailed analysis of the primary and secondary data to analyse the role of the management in the staff grievance, and effect of improper management in the Indian hotel industry. I have highlighted various ways by which the staff grievance can be solved. Meanwhile, the literature review of the research will extract various elements and gaps that is already present among previous researcher’s works and that off assorted authors as well. The objectives and questions along with the rationale of the research will be satisfied and evidently proved within the last chapter of the dissertation, which will entitle the dissertation as a successful one.
