Abstract

The research contains a detailed discussion about the pull and push factors influencing the migration of the Indian nurses to Ireland. The migration trends and patterns are also studied and the reason behind the migration is also analyzed. Additionally, the research study also contains the implications of such migration of the health care expert and the recommendations are provided to control the migration of the health care expert. These establishments can add to the improvement of the human resource approaches and the methods of reinforcement to control the healthcare systems. It is therefore, hoped that this research will help in the generation of the interest so that people take deep interest in understanding the reason of migration of the nurses from India to Ireland. This research study contains a useful insight and details that can help the lawmakers and the policymakers in planning ahead of the strategies and policies.
